On May 25, 2024, a big family gathering of the Department of Biology Education FMIPA UNY was held which also invited a guest Visiting Professor, Dr. Hamzah Nasir from IIUM, Malaysia. The event was held at Waroeng Omah Sawah, Sewon, Bantul. In this activity, it was coupled with an event that was hosted directly by Dr. Agung Wijaya Subiantoro, S.Pd., M.Pd. The gathering of the big family of the Department of Biology Education FMIPA UNY began with introductory activities from representatives of the download team by Dr. Ir. Suhartini, M.S., as well as remarks from the Chairperson of the Department of Biology Education UNY by Dr. Anna Rakhmawati, S.Si., M.Si. After the introduction and remarks, it was continued with a sharing session in the form of advice, advice, and messages delivered by Prof. Dr. Djukri, M.S.

The next activity was in the form of remarks on the release of Hajj by Mrs. Ratnawati, M.Sc who will perform the Hajj pilgrimage together with her husband, after which it was continued with the door prize distribution by asking several questions guided by Mr. Ibnu Kholdun Sukmaaji and Mr. Rio Christy Handziko, S.Pd. Si., M.Pd.

With the end of the series of events, lunch was continued together accompanied by old songs played by Mr. Sudjoko.
